Designing Operational Clarity at Scale

This project was developed as part of our own work at Blueprint AI Brasil. The challenge was a fragmented and manual process for handling incoming requests, where unstructured emails were manually interpreted, classified, and converted into tickets. This created friction, inconsistency, and unnecessary cognitive load.

We designed and implemented a structured intake flow supported by automation and AI. The focus was on clarifying decisions at the point of entry, reducing manual interpretation, and ensuring tickets were created with the right context from the start. AI was used to support classification and enrichment, while keeping human oversight where it mattered.

The result was a clearer, more reliable intake process that reduced operational friction and made incoming work easier to manage and scale.
